NEW Rental Agreement

How to fill out the Rental Agreement:

1. You have two options for our new form.
   Download the form, complete it on your computer, then print it out to take with you.
   Or, download the form and print it out. Complete the form by hand and bring it with you.
2. Bring the form with the "Personal Info" section completed in to Keyboards & More (or your local school’s scheduled rental night—ask your child’s band or orchestra director if and when that is happening!) to pick out the right instrument for your child. Instruments are available at a first-come first-serve basis, and prices vary based on the age and value of the instrument. If your instrument is out of stock, you will be put on a waiting list for the next available instrument.
   
   Please note, all information on these forms is kept confidential and we will never release any information to any other parties.
