Our Service Personnel...

Bob Bolt...is our full time on site repair technician as well as our head technician for brass and woodwinds. Bob apprenticed under Rod Myers, a Western Iowa Tech graduate, at Paxton Music in Indiana. Bob has over 12 years experience repairing instruments, and is a member of the National Association of Professional Band Instrument Repair Technicians (NAPBIRT). Bob is a multi-instrumentalist who has performed both publically and privately throughout the course of his career. Among his favorite instruments is guitar. On a personal note Bob and his family relocated to Florida in 2002 where he continued his band instrument repair career.

Mark Iselo...is our part time repair technician and repairs instruments at both of our store locations. Mark has over 30 years experience repairing instruments. He graduated from State of New York University at Morrisville with his A.A.S. in musical instrument technology in 1980. Mark has also been playing professionally for 15 years. He plays a plethora of instruments. Among his favorites are acoustic guitar, banjo, and string bass. Iselo was with the National Educational Music Center (NEMC) for 5 years. He also was with the American Music Group for 18 years and owned his own repair business for 7 years. On a personal note, Mark enjoys reading Kurt Vonnegut novels and playing golf.

Gerry Heidel... joined the Repair staff in late summer of 2007. He holds a Bachelors and a Masters of Music Education from University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. After holding a variety of teaching positions throughout the United States and overseas, he retired from teaching in 1993 and, after a short stay in Clearwater, relocated with his wife to Hot Springs Village, Arkansas. Gerry is a multifaceted musician and educator who studied repair under multiple craftsmen and is also a member of the National Association of Professional Band Instrument Repair Technicians (NAPBIRT). On a personal note, Heidel plays saxophone professionally and also enjoys playing golf.
