Our Service Personnel...

Bob Bolt...Is our full-time, on site, factory trained member of NAPBIRT, and our head repair technician. He was trained at Paxton Music in Indiana by Western Iowa Tech School graduate Rod Myers. Bob and his familiy relocated to Florida in 2002.

Ron Schultz...Received an Associates degree in Engineering Electronics Technology from ITT in 1986. Ron has more than 20 years experience with sound equipment and has installed numerous systems in the surrounding area for churches, schools, restaurants, and assisted living facilities. He can restore your ailing sound system as well as give you advice about how to make it better!

Gerry Heidel... Gerry joined the Repair staff in late summer of 2007. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Music Education from University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where he met his wife Cynthia, also a teacher. After holding a variety of teaching positions throughout the United States (Ann Arbor and Boston) and Saudi Arabia (with the Arabian American Oil Company School Dept. and the Saudi Arabian Airlines Parents Cooperative School), he retired from teaching in 1993 and after a short stay in Clearwater, relocated with his wife to Hot Springs Village near Hot Springs, Arkansas. Gerry plays saxophone professionally and also enjoys playing golf. His wife, Cynthia, teaches in Manatee County at Daughtery Elementary. We are pleased to have Gerry working in our instrument repair department.
